Сало приготовленное в соевом соусе со специями получается очень вкусным и ароматным. Это отличная закуска как для семейного обеда, так и для праздничного стола. Берите на заметку рецепт!

Описание приготовления:

Готовится сало просто и достаточно быстро, при этом получается невероятно вкусным, особенно, если подать к нему отварную картошку и малосольные огурчики.

Сало — 700 Грамм
Соевый соус — 150 Грамм
Вода — 3-4 Ст. ложек
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Перец черный горошком — 10-15 Штук
Лавровый лист — 2 Штуки

Подготовьте ингредиенты. Сало помойте и обсушите. Для этого рецепта подходит кусок сала с широкой мясной прослойкой.

Нарежьте сало крупными кусками, выложите в сотейник.

Всыпьте щепотку перца горошком, добавьте лавровый лист и раздавленные тыльной стороной два крупных зубчика чеснока.

Влейте соевый соус и воду, поставьте сотейник на плиту. После закипания варите сало на тихом огне минут 20, затем выключите газ, оставьте сало в соевом соусе под крышкой до полного остывания.

Готовое остывшее сало нарежьте на кусочки и подавайте в качестве закуски. Приятного аппетита!
