Замечательный обед или ужин для всей семьи можно приготовить на сковороде. Для этого отлично подойдет скумбрия и обычный картофель. Главное — обжаривайте рыбу и овощную нарезку отдельно друг от друга.
Описание приготовления:
Такое сытное горячее блюдо очень вкусно со сметаной любой жирности, густым классическим йогуртом или чесночным соусом на белой или масляной основе. Можно подать его к столу с зеленым луком, чесноком, черемшой.

Скумбрия — 1 Штука
Картофель — 3-4 Штук
Приправа овощная — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 60 Миллилитров
Соль — 2-3 Щепоток
Перец черный молотый — 1 Щепотка
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Скумбрия с картошкой на сковороде»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Скумбрию заранее разморозьте. Картофель очистите от кожуры и промойте в воде.
Размороженную тушку рыбы промойте в воде, срежьте голову и хвост. Распотрошите брюшко, удалите внутренности и промойте, удаляя черную пленку внутри. Нарежьте на порционные кусочки и посолите.
Картофель нарежьте тонкими ломтиками. Высыпьте нарезку в глубокую емкость, добавьте овощную приправу, 1-2 щепотки соли и молотый черный перец. Перемешайте.
Прогрейте сковороду и влейте на нее половину растительного масла. Выложите в горячее масло ломтики скумбрии и обжарьте примерно 3-4 минуты, прикрыв емкость крышкой.
Затем аккуратно переверните на другую сторону и обжарьте такое же количество времени.
Затем извлеките рыбу, влейте остаток растительного масла и выложите картофельную нарезку.
Обжарьте примерно 10-12 минут, время от времени перемешивая. Старайтесь мешать не часто, чтобы не получилось пюре. Нагрев должен быть умеренным, а сковорода — накрыта крышкой. Благодаря ей, картофельная нарезка внутри и прожарится, и пропарится.
Затем выложите обжаренный картофель и скумбрию на тарелки и подайте к столу. Источник
