Сладкая запеканка из лапши с творогом, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

300 г широкой яичной лапши
500 г жирного творога
250 г сметаны
100 г сливочного масла
3 яйца
1/2 стакана сахара
1/2 стакана изюма
1/2 – 1 стакан кукурузных хлопьев (по желанию)
2 ч. л. ванильного экстракта
соль

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Отварите лапшу в кипящей подсоленной воде до полуготовности, 5–7 мин.

Шаг 2

Слейте воду и верните лапшу в кастрюлю, добавьте половину сливочного масла и перемешайте.

Шаг 3

Разогрейте духовку до 170 °С. Смажьте маслом форму для запекания размером 20х30 см.

Растопите оставшееся сливочное масло.

Шаг 5

Электрическим миксером смешайте растопленное масло с сахаром.

Шаг 6

Добавьте яйца, творог, сметану и ванильный экстракт. Хорошо взбейте массу до однородности.

Шаг 7

Вмешайте изюм и лапшу.

Шаг 8

Переложите массу в форму, разровняйте поверхность и посыпьте кукурузными хлопьями, если используете. Запекайте 1 ч, до готовности.

Шаг 9

Подавайте запеканку теплой или полностью остывшей.
