Описание приготовления:

Готовить такой соус можно круглогодично. Летом возьмите ваши любимые свежие ягоды, а зимой воспользуйтесь заморозкой или консервами. Очень рекомендую добавить апельсин, он отлично оттеняет и подчеркивает ягодный вкус. Этот соус не подлежит хранению, поэтому готовьте его на один раз. Густая консистенция соуса позволяет не только поливать им десерты, но и окунать в соус порезанные фрукты.
