Есть много рецептов смузи, но смузи из зелени — самые полезные. В одном стакане может быть дневная норма витаминов и минералов. Делюсь своим вариантом приготовления!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить смузи из зелени. Выбирайте зелень темно-зеленого цвета, в ней содержится больше всего минералов и витаминов. Хорошо подойдет шпинат, кейл, петрушка, мангольд и щавель. Бананы используйте спелые, так смузи получится сладким без сахара. Либо можно добавить пару фиников. Шпинат обладает нейтральным вкусом и делает консистенцию более кремовой, мята придает свежести, а петрушка богата витамином K. Смузи получается очень приятным на вкус, отлично подойдет в качестве первого завтрака.
