Сочное яркое блюдо из тыквы готовится за считанные минуты. Подавайте его в качестве гарнира в зимнее время, когда организм нуждается в дополнительных витаминах и микроэлементах. Особенно вкусны такие спагетти со сметаной.

Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Тыкву выберите продолговатую, чтобы нарезка получилась длинной, а не короткой.
Разрежьте тыкву пополам, удалите семена и волокна внутри. Срежьте кожуру и промойте части плода в воде, обсушите бумажными салфетками. Натрите на терке для моркови по-корейски.
Выложите сливочное масло на сковороду с высокими бортиками, растопите, прогревая емкость на плите.
Посолите и поперчите, сразу же перемешайте. Томите все на умеренном нагреве примерно 3-4 минуты до мягкости тыквенной нарезки. Главное — она не должна потерять форму и превратиться в пюре.
Выложите спагетти из тыквы в тарелки и подайте к столу. Они вкусны в теплом виде. По желанию можно присыпать их измельченной свежей зеленью. Источник
