Классический рецепт бефстроганова из говядины со сметаной

Картофель очистите, нарежьте соломкой. Очистите и нарежьте зеленый перец чили. Измельчите мяту и кинзу.

Разогрейте духовку до 200 градусов. полейте нарезанный картофель растительным маслом, посыпьте сушеным чили, выложите на противень ровным слоем. Запекайте 40 минут.

Приготовьте соус. В чаше перемешайте кусочки чили, мяту, кинзу, рыбный соус, сок лимона, сахар. Дайте настояться 10 минут.

Стейки обсушите, смажьте растительным маслом, обжарьте на раскаленной сковороде по 5 минут с каждой стороны или дольше — для более сильной прожарки.

Выложите на тарелки картофель и стейки, смажьте стейки соусом. Оставшийся соус подавайте отдельно.
