Сырный суп-пюре очень густой, вкусный и сытный суп. Его вкус хорош для тех, кто любит более соленую пищу с приятным привкусом сыра.

Перетереть блендером до однородной жидкой массы, если получается слишком густо- разбавить водой, ставим обратно на средний огонь и добавляем натертый на средней терке сыр.

Как только суп начинает закипать, выключаем огонь и добавляем свежую зелень. Готово!
