Предлагаю приготовить оливье с тунцом. Немного необычный вариант на первый взгляд, но получается довольно вкусно и пикантно. В преддверие праздников оформим салат в виде рождественского венка.
Описание приготовления:
Если вы еще не пробовали такой вариант с тунцом, то очень советую. Вкусно, не избито и по праздничному. Подать его можно в салатнике или порционно, а я в свою очередь предлагаю рождественский вариант в виде венка. Для украшения понадобится любая свежая зелень и в принципе все, что есть под рукой. Подойдут кусочки овощей, ягоды или даже фрукты.

Лук красный — 1 Штука
Картофель — 3 Штуки (вареный в мундире)
Морковь — 1 Штука (вареная)
Горошек зеленый — 100 Грамм (консервированный)
Уксус винный — 3 Ст. ложки
Майонез — 100 Грамм
Йогурт — 70 Грамм (натуральный)
Горчица — 1 Чайная ложка
Тунец консервированный — 1 Штука
Яйцо — 3 Штуки (вареное вкрутую)
Огурцы — 100 Грамм (маринованные)
Зелень — По вкусу (для украшения по желанию)
Количество порций: 6-8
Как приготовить «Оливье с тунцом»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Картофель, яйца и морковь отварите заранее и дайте остыть.
Лук тонко нарежьте четвертинками и замаринуйте в винном уксусе, после чего уксус слейте. Для заправки соедините натуральный или греческий йогурт, майонез, горчицу и соль по вкусу. С тунца слейте жидкость и разомните слегка вилкой.
Положите горошек, слив с него предварительно жидкость.
Добавьте соус, лук и тунец.
Все хорошо перемешайте и переложите салат на сервировочное блюдо, разместив кулинарное кольцо. У меня кольцо от разъемной формы для выпечки, диаметром 18 см. В центр поставьте стакан. Примните салат сверху лопаткой.
Затем аккуратно извлеките стакан и уберите кольцо.
Украсьте салат свежей зеленью, кусочками овощей или ягод. У меня морковь, горошек, оливки, кусочки сыра и тертый яичный белок. Салат оливье с тунцом готов. Можно подавать его сразу же, но как по мне, так лучше дать ему настояться пару часов, чтобы он стал вкуснее. Готово!
