Сушеная редька в патоке

Сушеная редька в патоке — традиционное лакомство из русской кухни. Это полезное лакомство также известно под названием мазюня. На вкус редька в патоке получается сладковато-терпкой.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить сушеную редьку в патоке. Если редька имеет слишком горький ядреный вкус, то предварительно ее можно замочить в холодной воде на полчаса. Затем слить воду и обсушить ломтики. По желанию можно добавить для аромата сушеный имбирь, мускатный орех или корицу для аромата. Редьку можно мазать на хлеб или есть просто так, ложкой.

Редьку тщательно помойте, очистите от кожуры. Нарежьте на тонкие кружочки.

Выложите нарезанную редьку в один слой на решетку сушилки. Сушите редьку 7-9 часов до полной готовности.

Полностью готовые сушеные ломтики редьки должны ломаться с хрустом.

Измельчите сушеную редьку в кофемолке или блендере.

Добавьте светлую патоку. Хорошенько все перемешайте. Консистенция должна получиться достаточно густой.

Переложите в чистую баночку. Сушеная редька в патоке готова, приятного вам аппетита!
