Сегодня приготовим с вами отменные тарталетки с беконом и сыром. Это отличный вариант как для праздника, так и просто, на каждый день, к чашечке кофе. Тарталетки берем песочные, хрустящие.

Описание приготовления:

Начинку будем готовить из бекона, сыра, свежего огурчика, укропа и майонеза. Получается довольно сытное наполнение тарталеток, это хороший вариант для фуршета. Я люблю такие рецепты, они простые в приготовлении, нравятся гостям и выглядят красиво. Берите на заметку!

Твердый сыр натрите на средней терке, переложите в миску.

Бекон нарежьте мелкими кубиками и переложите в сыр.

Укроп накрошите, свежий огурец нарежьте небольшими кубиками и добавьте к сыру.

Добавьте майонез, соль и перец по вкусу.

Перемешайте все ингредиенты, снимите пробу. Начинка готова.

Наполните тарталетки начинкой и подавайте к столу.
