Тефтели в томатном соусе на сковороде

Тефтели наряду с котлетами очень популярное второе блюдо для взрослых и детей. Для их приготовления берут любой фарш из одного или двух видов мяса. Готовим тефтели в томатном соусе на сковороде.

Описание приготовления:

Сегодня у нас тефтели из куриного филе, но также подойдет нежирная свинина, говядина, телятина, индейка. Нежные, сочные тефтели в кисло-сладком соусе подавайте с картофельным пюре, кашей, отварным рисом, макаронными изделиями. Весь процесс приготовления фарша и соуса подробно описан в рецепте.

Ингредиенты:

Куриное филе — 500 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Белый батон — 100 Грамм
Томатная паста — 1,5 Ст. ложки
Подсолнечное масло — 20 Миллилитров
Мука — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль — 1 Чайная ложка (без верха)
Лавровый лист — 1 Штука
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка

Как приготовить «Тефтели в томатном соусе на сковороде»

Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления тефтелей в томатном соусе.

Приготовьте фарш для тефтелей. Белую булку или батон залейте холодной кипяченой водой и через несколько минут отожмите. Чеснок и половину луковицы очистите, помойте. Филе куриное помойте. Пропустите все эти ингредиенты через мясорубку.

Добавьте яйцо, соль и перец черный молотый.

Свиная рулька тушеная с картофелем в томатном соусе

Тщательно перемешайте все ингредиенты. Фарш для тефтелей готов.

Половину луковицы и небольшую морковь очистите, помойте. Лук мелко нарежьте, а морковь натрите на терке. Выложите на сковороду с подсолнечным маслом.

Пассеруйте эти овощи 7-8 минут.

Затем выложите в сковороду с луком и морковью томатную пасту.

Налейте стакан воды, посолите и добавьте сахар по вкусу. Томатный соус готов.

Из приготовленного фарша сформируйте круглые шарики-тефтели. Каждый шарик обваляйте в муке и выложите в сковороду с соусом.

Накройте сковороду крышкой и тушите тефтели на среднем огне 15-20 минут до готовности.

Тефтели в томатном соусе готовы. Подавайте к столу с любым гарниром.
