ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

яблоки 2 шт.
масло сливочное 1 ч.л.
сок лимона
абрикосовый джем 1 ч.л.
сахар по желанию
корица по желанию
яйцо 1 шт.
соль 1 щепотка(и)
ванильный сахар
сахар 100 г
сок половины лимона
масло сливочное 50 г
мука 230-250 г
разрыхлитель 4 г

1. Яблоки порезать мелким кубиком. Добавить к ним сок лимона и сливочное масло. Сахар и корицу по желанию. Готовить до момента когда испарится весь сок. После добавить абрикосовый джем и готовить еще 5 минут.

2. К яйцу добавить соль, сахар, сливочное масло и сок лимона. Все перемешать. Добавить разрыхлитель, затем постепенно муку и замесить тесто.

Шаг 3

3. Раскатать тесто в прямоугольник на бумаге для выпечки. На одну половину выложить начинку. Накрыть другой стороной и скрепить края. Нарезать на полоски 1,5-2 см. Выпекать при 180 гр 20 минут.
