Соус «Бургер»

Вкусный соус, напоминающий тот самый из McDonald’s, который можно подавать не только к бургерам, но и к котлетам, жареным колбаскам, сосискам, а также заправлять им салаты. После смешивания продуктов, перечисленных в рецепте, соус должен настояться при комнатной температуре примерно 10 минут.

Для приготовления соуса вам потребуется:

майонез — 3 ст.л.
кетчуп — 2 ст.л.
горчица — 1 ч.л.
мёд жидкий — 1/2 ч.л.
паприка молотая (копчёная) — 1 щепотка.

В небольшой миске размешать майонез с кетчупом.

Следом добавить горчицу. Горчицу выбирайте по своему вкусу.

Посыпать щепоткой копченой молотой паприки. Она придаст готовому соусу легкий аромат дымка.

Добавить для сладости жидкий мёд: если горчица острая, то для сбалансированного вкусу соуса мёда надо чуть больше. Еще раз всё хорошо перемешать. Соус «Бургер» готов. Оставить настаиваться при комнатной температуре примерно 10 минут. Приятного аппетита!
