Описание приготовления:
Я предлагаю вам попробовать борщ с маринованной свеклой, подавать его нужно со сметаной, зеленью. Каждый год я делаю заготовки маринованной свеклы на зиму (рецептов много на сайте Повар.ру, думаю вы найдете удобный и вкусный для себя), такая заготовка позволит сэкономить время на жарку свеклы для борща, улучшит вкус супа. Телятина — 800 Грамм
Капуста — 500 Грамм
Картофель — 3 Штуки
Лук репчатый — 2 Штуки
Морковь — 2 Штуки
Томатная паста — 2 Ст. ложки
Свекла маринованная — 300 Грамм
Лавровый лист — 1 Штука
Перец горошком — По вкусу
Перец душистый — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 3 Ст. ложки
Вода — 3 Литра
Количество порций: 10
Как приготовить «Борщ из маринованной свеклы»
Подготовьте ингредиенты.
Вымойте телятину, выложите в большую кастрюлю (я варю в 5ти литровой), залейте холодной водой, доведите до кипения и варите 1,5 часа.
За 10 минут до конца варки бульона добавьте соль, лавровый лист и перцы горошком и душистый. Проварите 10 минут, потом лавровый лист и перчинки уберите с бульона.
Достаньте готовое мясо.
Порежьте его на кусочки. Верните в бульон.
Добавьте в бульон картошку, проварите 10 минут, положите капусту, варите еще 10 минут.
Порежьте тонко лук и натрите на крупной терке морковь.
На растительном масле обжарьте овощи, в конце добавьте томатную пасту, протушите пару минут и снимите с огня.
Выложите в борщ тушеные овощи с томатом, маринованную свеклу. Отрегулируйте соль. Проварите пару минут и снимите с огня. Дайте борщу настояться 30-40 минут.
Подавайте свежий борщ со сметаной и зеленью. Приятного аппетита! Источник
