Буженина «Боярская»

Описание приготовления:

Для приготовления такой буженины стоит использовать ту часть свинины, где нет косточки, также она должна быть с прослойками жира. Запекать мясо лучше всего в фольге, так оно равномерно пропечется. Кстати, можно для запекания использовать и мультиварку. Подавать к столу готовую буженину можно как в горячем, так и в холодном виде.

Свинина — 500 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Лист лавровый — 1-2 Штук

Перец горошком — 2-3 Штук
Гвоздика бутонами — 1 Штука

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Выложите мясо на фольгу. Хорошо со всех сторон натрите его солью и перцем черным молотым.

Выложите лавровый лист и очищенный чеснок. Туда же добавьте перец горошком и бутон гвоздики.

Заверните мясо в фольгу.

Отправьте мясо в разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 1-1,5 часа.
