Печисто из свинины — вкусное мясное белорусское блюдо. Его смело можно приготовить на праздничный стол или для семейного ужина. Берите на заметку рецепт!

Описание приготовления:

Для приготовления блюда лучше использовать ту часть свинины, которая более жирная. Подойдет, к примеру, шея свинины. Кроме перечисленных специй смело можно добавить любые другие по вкусу.

Влейте масло в миску и выдавите к нему чеснок.

Кусок свинины переложите в форму для запекания. Смажьте мясо подготовленным соусом.

Добавьте по вкусу соль и перец.

Картофель нарежьте кусочками и выложите его вокруг мяса.

Отправьте форму в разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 60 минут.

Готовое печисто из свинины выложите на блюдо.

Мясо можете нарезать на более мелкие кусочки. Приятного аппетита!
