Я очень люблю запеченную тыкву в духовке, поэтому хочу поделиться интересным вариантом ее приготовления. В качестве начинки для тыквы предлагаю попробовать полезную крупу киноа.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить тыкву фаршированную киноа. Вместо изюма можно использовать сушеную клюкву, а петрушку заменить на кинзу. Тыкву удобнее использовать бутылочного сорта. Получается очень вкусное и сытное сочетание.

Разрежьте тыкву пополам, удалите семена. Запеките в заранее разогретой до 190 градусов духовке примерно 40 минут.
Пока готовится тыква, отварите киноа 15-20 минут до готовности.
Очистите яблоко от кожуры, нарежьте на маленькие кубики. Изюм замочите на пару минут в теплой воде, затем слейте воду и промойте. Сельдерей и зелень тоже измельчите.
Достаньте тыкву из духовки. Ложкой соскребите часть мякоти, нарежьте ее кубиками.
Добавьте в киноа подготовленную начинку и тыквенную мякоть. Посолите, поперчите, заправьте растительным маслом и яблочным укусом.
Заполните получившимся фаршем половинки тыквы и запекайте еще 20 минут.
