  • сливки (20%) 100 мл
  • сахар 80 г
  • масло сливочное 40 г
  • корица (палочка) 1 шт.
  • ванильная паста (по вкусу)

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Приготовление вафель: молоко смешать с яйцом, тыквенным пюре , сахаром и ванильной пастой. Муку смешать с разрыхлителем. Соеденить жидкие и сухие ингридиенты. Перемешать. Сладость регулировать по своему вкусу.

Шаг 2

Панель вафельницы смазать растительным маслом, выпекать вафли до румяного.

Шаг 3

Приготовление тыквенного соуса: В сотейник налить сливки, добавить палочку корицы, проварить минуты 2-3, добавить сахар и масло, довести до кипения и варить минут 5 до густоты. Достать палочку корицы, добавить тыквенное пюре и ванильную пасту, варить минуты 2-3. Можно пробить бленедром массу до гладкости. Если соус получился очень густым разбавить горячими сливками.
