Описание приготовления:
Молочный соус в блюде получается очень вкусным, с глянцевой бархатистой текстурой, не хуже, чем сливочный. Гарнир сюда подходит абсолютно любой, картофельное пюре, макароны или вареный рис будут просто идеальным вариантом.

Куриные сердечки — 300 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Кабачок — 1 Штука (небольшого размера)
Баклажан — 1 Штука (небольшого размера)
Перец болгарский — 1 Штука (небольшого размера)
Шампиньоны — 5 Штук
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Молоко — 150 Грамм
Крахмал кукурузный — 1 Ст. ложка
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Куриные сердечки тушеные с овощами в молоке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Куриные сердечки и овощи помойте.
Обрежьте на сердечках капилляры. Обжарьте сердечки пару минут на сильном огне в растительном масле до красивой румяной корочки.
Добавьте к сердечкам нарезанный мелко репчатый лук и нашинкованную морковь. Уменьшите огонь под сковородой, тушите минут 10, помешивайте.
Почистите болгарский перец, нарежьте его и кабачок мелким кубиком, продолжайте тушить все еще минут 10. При необходимости подливайте воду.
Грибы нарежьте тонкими пластинками, переложите в сковороду, тушите 10 минут. Накройте сковороду крышкой, чтобы грибы быстрее пустили сок.
Последними в сковороду выложите нарезанный мелким кубиком баклажан, подлейте еще немного воды, поскольку он впитает всю жидкость из сковороды. Тушите блюдо еще около 10 минут.
В холодном молоке разведите ложку крахмала без горки, влейте его к сердечкам с овощами, доведите до кипения. Прогрейте все в молочном соусе минуты 2, густоту регулируйте водой из чайника. Готовое блюдо посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
