Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Вбейте яйца в миску, добавьте по вкусу соль и сахар.

Взболтайте венчиком.

Влейте молоко и еще раз перемешайте.

Нарежьте бананы колечками, а сыр натрите на терке.

Растопите масло на небольшом огне, влейте омлетную массу, выложите бананы.

Жарьте омлет под крышкой 5-6 минут.

В конце присыпьте сыром, выключите огонь и прикройте крышкой на 1 минуту. Сыр расплавится.
