  • белая черешня – 1 кг
  • сахар – 1 кг
  • лимон с толстой кожицей – 1 шт.
  • очищенный мелкий фундук – 500 г
  • ваниль – 1 стручок

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Прокалите орехи на сухой сковородке или в духовке, потрите их между ладонями, чтобы удалить шелуху.

Шаг 2

Удалите из черешни косточки при помощи специальной машинки, шпильки для волос или канцелярской скрепки. Вложите в каждую ягоду по ореху.

Разлейте варенье в подготовленные банки, закройте их и храните в темном месте.

Кстати

Для этого варенья выбирайте самые ароматные лимоны. Вместо фундука можно мелко нарезать грецкие орехи или просто сварить белую черешню без начинки.
