Варенье из ревеня с грушей, пошаговый рецепт с фото

Стебли ревеня бывают красные и зелёные. Я варила из зелёных. Их нужно очень хорошо промыть и очистить. Верхняя кожица снимается очень легко, стоит только подцепить её ножом у основания и потянуть. Если оборвётся – не страшно, можно подцепить и в серединке.  Очищенные стебли порезала пополам вдоль, а потом кусочками по 1 см примерно.  Грушу очистила от сердцевинки и порезала соизмеримыми с ревенем кусочками.

Шаг 2

Порезанные кусочки засыпала 300 граммами сахара и оставила на несколько часов, ревень выпустит довольно много сока, воду в варенье не добавляла.  Готовила в четыре приёма, каждый раз добавляла по 100 граммов сахара. Каждый раз нужно добиться полного растворения сахара и прокипятить 5 минут.

Готовое варенье, конечно же, в стерильные банки закупориваем. Из этого количества получится поллитровая банка варенья.
