Лёгкий, быстрый и очень вкусный салат, который можно приготовить буквально на скорую руку. Салат одновременно хрустящий и нежный. Подавать его можно хоть каждый день на завтрак, обед или ужин.
Описание приготовления:
Предлагаю приготовить весенний салат с огурцом и яйцом. Салат несмотря на всю свою лёгкость, получается довольно сытным и может употребляться как самостоятельное блюдо. Если в огороде уже во всю начинают зеленеть стрелки молодого лука, то значит настала пора этого полезного салата. Иногда я добавляю в этот салат молодую редиску, получается ещё сочнее. Попробуйте!

Яйцо — 3 Штуки (варёное)
Огурец — 1-2 Штук
Лук зелёный — 1 Пучок
Петрушка — По вкусу (или укроп)
Сметана — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Перец чёрный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Весенний салат с огурцом и яйцом»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Яйца заранее отварите вкрутую и дайте остыть.
У огурца отрежьте кончики и попробуйте их на вкус, если они не горькие, то шкурку оставьте. Нарежьте огурец на пластины сначала вдоль, а затем поперёк на соломку. Переложите в глубокую миску или сразу в салатник.
Яйца очистите от скорлупы и нарежьте небольшой соломкой. Добавьте к огурцам.
Лук и петрушку порубите ножом. Для более яркого аромата можно добавить ещё свежий укроп.
В качестве заправки можно взять на выбор: сметану, майонез или смесь из этих компонентов. Ещё отличный и максимально полезный вариант — натуральный йогурт. Ну и конечно не забываем про соль и перец, добавьте по вкусу.
Хорошо всё перемешайте. Весенний салат с огурцом и яйцом готов. Сразу подавайте к столу.
