Самый простой вариант приготовления универсальной приправы, которая подойдет для первых, вторых блюд и даже соусов. Готовится она из обычных продуктов, которые есть на любой кухне! Пробуйте!
Описание приготовления:
Чтобы нарезки всех ингредиентов равномерно просушивались в духовке или в сушилке, нарезайте их мелко. По желанию добавляйте и другую пряную зелень. Можно даже приобрести приправу для курицы и добавить 1 ст.л. при измельчении, будет еще вкуснее!
Морковь натрите на терке с крупными или мелкими ячейками. Чеснок нарежьте тонкими слайсами.
Зелень укропа и петрушки нарежьте мелко. Можно использовать и зелень сельдерея, зеленого лука, чеснока и т.д. Но только не используйте репчатый лук, он будет влажным даже после сушки.
На противень выложите все нарезки тонким слоем. Разогрейте духовку до 80 градусов и поместите в нее противень на верхний ярус.
Сушите примерно 1,5-2 часа, время от времени перемешивая нарезки. Дверцу техники до конца не закрывайте, чтобы циркулировал воздух. Приправа считается готовой, когда она полностью просохнет, станет практически ломкой. Выключите духовку и остудите нарезки примерно 1 час. При остывании они станут более ломкими, это как раз и нужно!
Пересыпьте их в чашу измельчителя или кофемолку, добавьте соль. Можно использовать йодированную соль и морскую.
Измельчите все практически в крошку в течение 4-5 минут. Лучше всего измельчать на пульсирующем режиме. После измельчения не открывайте крышку техники примерно 1 минуту, чтобы осела пыль.
Готовую приправу пересыпьте в контейнер или спецовник и плотно закрутите его крышкой. Добавляйте ее по мере приготовления блюд. Источник
