Салат «Оливье» с курицей, сладким перцем и оливками

И снова салат "Оливье"! На этот раз предлагаю добавить сладкий болгарский перец и оливки. Перец придаст аромат и свежесть, а оливки свой пикантный вкус. Попробуйте, рекомендую!

Описание приготовления:

"Оливье" с болгарским перцем и оливками заиграет новыми вкусовыми нотками. Только с перцем не перестарайтесь, он не должен перебивать классический вкус салата. Оливки тоже кладите, учитывая их специфический соленый вкус. Заправляя салат майонезом, добавьте пару столовых ложек сметаны.

Овощи / Птица / Курица / Болгарский перец / Оливки

Салаты / Салат Оливье

Ингредиенты:

Курица отварная — 300 Грамм
Картофель — 3 Штуки
Морковь — 1 Штука
Перец болгарский — 1 Штука (небольшой)
Оливки — 7-8 Штук
Огурец маринованный — 1 Штука
Яйцо куриное — 4 Штуки
Лук зеленый — 20 Грамм
Майонез — 150 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец чёрный молотый — По вкусу

Количество порций: 6-7

Как приготовить «Салат "Оливье" с курицей, сладким перцем и оливками»

Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления салата "Оливье".

Картофель и морковь отварите в кожуре, охладите и очистите. Нарежьте небольшими кубиками и выложите в миску.

Отварную курицу мелко нарежьте и добавьте в салат.
