Описание приготовления:
Оригинальную выпечку в форме "ушек" еще называют "губки", "кармашки", "айах" и даже "смайлик". Закуска сытная, сочная и очень вкусная. Исчезает со стола моментально! Колбасу можно взять как вареную, так и копченую, подойдет даже ветчина. С овощами можно смело экспериментировать и заменить помидор на соленые или свежие огурчики. Начинка, в принципе, может быть совершенно любая на ваш вкус. Непременно попробуйте! Обрезки теста можно соединить, раскатать и приготовить на его основе не менее вкусную домашнюю пиццу.

Ингредиенты:
Тесто слоеное — 250 Грамм (бездрожжевое)
Колбаса — 120 Грамм (любая)
Помидор — 1 Штука
Кетчуп — 1 Ст. ложка
Желток — 1 Штука (для смазывания)
Количество порций: 8-12
Как приготовить «"Ушки" с колбасой и помидорами»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Тесто заранее разморозьте при комнатной температуре.
Колбасу нарежьте кружочками, а затем каждый кружок еще пополам. Помидор нарежьте дольками.
Рабочую поверхность посыпьте мукой, раскатайте тесто толщиной 3-4 мм. При помощи стакана или любой подходящей кружки вырежьте круги. Количество заготовок должно соответствовать количеству колбасы.
Каждый кружок теста с одной стороны смажьте кетчупом и выложите колбасу. Затем защипните тесто немного с боков как на фото. Должны получиться своеобразные "кармашки".
Переложите заготовки на застеленный пергаментом противень и смажьте верх желтком. Выпекайте в духовке при температуре 180-200 градусов около 15-20 минут или до золотистого цвета.
Затем в разрез готовых слоек вложите по дольке помидора (помидоры по желанию можно посолить и поперчить по вкусу).
