Заливной пирог с курицей и кабачком — прекрасная идея, если не хватает времени долго возиться на кухне. Пирог получается сочным, нежным, а главное очень вкусным. Вашим домашним обязательно понравится!

Описание приготовления:

Никто не будет спорить, что кабачок — это универсальный продукт. В кулинарном мире масса блюд, где именно кабачок играет одну из ведущих ролей. Кабачки жарят, тушат, консервируют. Не исключение и выпечка. Предлагаю приготовить заливной пирог, где будет использоваться кабачок. А для придания такому пирогу сытости, можно добавить куриное мясо. Пирог готовится очень быстро, да и продукты самые доступные. Вы получите нежный, ароматный и очень вкусный заливной пирог. Подавайте к первым блюдам, бульонам, на закуску и с чаем.

Ингредиенты:

Яйцо куриное — 2 Штуки
Кефир — 200 Миллилитров
Масло сливочное — 70 Грамм
Мука — 150 Грамм
Соль — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Сода — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Кабачок — 200 Грамм
Курица отварная — 200 Грамм
Петрушка — 10 Грамм
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Количество порций: 5-6

Как приготовить «Заливной пирог с курицей и кабачком»

Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления пирога.

В глубокую миску разбейте яйца. Немного взбейте вилкой или венчиком.

Добавьте в миску кефир. Перемешайте.

Влейте растопленное масло.

Добавьте просеянную муку, соду и соль.

Замесите тесто консистенции жидкой сметаны.

В миску выложите нарезанную мелко отварную курицу. Добавьте мелко нарезанную петрушку. Кабачок натрите на тёрке, посолите, дайте постоять, пока не пустит сок. Потом хорошо отожмите от жидкости и добавьте к курице и петрушке.

Посолите, поперчите и перемешайте все ингредиенты. Начинка готова.

В форму для запекания вылейте половину теста. Сверху выложите начинку.

Залейте начинку оставшимся тестом.

Поставьте в духовку, разогретую до 175-180 градусов и запекайте в течение 35-40 минут.

Готовый пирог достаньте из формы, немного охладите, нарежьте и подавайте к столу.
