Баклажаны под шубой

Баклажаны по этому рецепту получаются очень вкусные. Готовить их быстро и довольно просто. Выходят они довольно низкокалорийными, поэтому рецепт стоит взять на заметку тем, кто соблюдает диету.

Описание приготовления:

Нарезать баклажаны можно кружочками или удлиненными пластинами. Твердый сыр стоит приобрести отменного качества, чтобы он при запекании расплавился. Майонез можно вообще исключить из перечня ингредиентов, если вы соблюдаете диету.

Ингредиенты:

Баклажан — 1 Штука
Помидор — 1 Штука
Сыр — 50 Грамм (твердый)
Майонез — По вкусу (или сметана)
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Количество порций: 3

Как приготовить «Баклажаны под шубой»

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Вымойте, очистите и нарежьте кружочками баклажан.

Нарежьте помидор.

Выложите на противень нарезанные баклажаны.

Каждый кружок смажьте майонезом или сметаной.

Сверху выложите по кусочку помидора.

Затем выложите натертый на крупной терке твердый сыр.

Отправьте противень с овощами в разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 15-20 минут.
