Кисель из толокна

Толокно — это измельченные в муку зерна овса и ячменя, которые предварительно пропарили и высушили. Оно богато клетчаткой, аминокислотами и витаминами группы B.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить кисель из толокна. Вместо сиропа топинамбура вы можете использовать любой подсластитель на свой вкус. Можно взять сахар, но лучше какой-нибудь заменитель сахара, чтобы сохранить максимальную пользу напитка. Получается полезный для пищеварения напиток с мягким, достаточно нейтральным вкусом.

Ингредиенты:

Молоко — 150 Миллилитров
Вода — 250 Миллилитров
Толокно овсяное — 2 Ст. ложки
Сироп топинамбура — По вкусу

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Смешайте в кастрюле молоко и воду.

Добавьте толокно и перемешайте венчиком, чтобы не оставалось комочков. Доведите до кипения. Проварите на средне-низком огне 5-7 минут до легкого загустения.

В конце добавьте сироп топинамбура по вкусу. Все перемешайте.

Кисель из толокна готов, подавайте его слегка охлажденным. Приятного аппетита!
