Баклажаны запеченные с фетой

Сочетание баклажанов, соленого сыра и помидоров используется в греческой кухне. Закуска такого плана подойдет как для праздничного стола, так и для повседневной подачи. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Описание приготовления:

Для начинки можно взять обычные помидоры. Растительное масло можно заменить на оливковое. Блюдо готовится легко и просто. С ним справится даже новичок.

Ингредиенты:

Баклажаны — 3 Штуки
Помидоры черри — 8-10 Штук
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 1-2 Зубчиков
Масло растительное — 60 Миллилитров
Фета — 80-100 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный — По вкусу
Вода — 50 Миллилитров

Как приготовить «Баклажаны запеченные с фетой»

Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.

Баклажаны вымойте. Разрежьте пополам.

В чашу налейте 1 литр холодной воды. Добавьте 1 ст.л. соли. Размешайте. Опустите в неё половинки баклажанов. Оставьте на 30 минут.

По истечении времени достаньте баклажаны из воды, стряхните жидкость. Выложите половинки в жаропрочную форму. Сделайте несколько крестообразных надрезов. Посолите и добавьте перец по вкусу. Поставьте запекаться баклажаны в разогретую до 200 градусов духовку на 30 минут.

Пока запекаются баклажаны, сделайте начинку. В сковороде разогрейте растительное масло. Добавьте мелко нарезанные лук и чеснок. Обжарьте до мягкости. Добавьте томатную пасту и воду и потушите в течение 5 минут.

Добавьте нарезанные помидоры, соль, перец. Тушите до размягчения помидоров.

Готовую начинку снимите с огня.

У горячих баклажанов раздвиньте мякоть к краям.

В середину баклажанов выложите половину начинки. Сверху разложите фету.

На фету выложите вторую половину начинки.

Подготовленные баклажаны поставьте в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 20-25 минут.

По истечении времени достаньте форму с баклажанами. Подавайте закуску горячей или предварительно охладите.
