Описание приготовления:
Капустняк по-польски можно встретить в нескольких вариантах. Иногда его готовят на свиных ребрышках, иногда добавляют копченый бекон, можно встретить в ингредиентах пшено. Каждый из вариантов очень вкусный, выбирайте какой вам больше нравится.

Капуста белокочанная — 300 Грамм
Капуста квашеная — 300 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Колбаски подкопченные — 150 Грамм
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Лавровый лист — 1-2 Штук
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Картофель — 400 Грамм
Сахар — 1-2 Ст. ложек
Укроп — 10 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Капустняк по-польски со свежей и квашеной капустой»
Подготовьте ингредиенты. Картофель, лук, морковь и чеснок почистите, помойте вместе с укропом.
В кастрюлю с толстым дном влейте немного растительного масла, колбаски почистите от оболочки, нарежьте кружочками, обжарьте несколько минут.
Добавьте в кастрюлю нарезанный лук и натертую морковь. Обжарьте еще около минуты.
Нарежьте свежую капусту тонкой стружкой, слегка измельчите квашеную, переложите в кастрюлю и жарьте еще минуты 3-4 на умеренном огне.
Картофель нарежьте крупным кубиком, добавьте в кастрюлю, влейте воду, выложите лавровый лист. После закипания воды варите суп около 25-30 минут, до полного приготовления картофеля.
В процессе добавьте в суп измельченный чеснок, посолите и поперчите суп по вкусу, при желании отрегулируйте кислоту сахаром. Иногда в этот вариант капустняка добавляют томатную пасту.
Если по вкусу суп вас полностью устраивает, добавьте в него нарубленный укроп, перемешайте и выключите плиту. Обязательно дайте супу настояться минут 10 перед подачей.
