Предлагаю рецепт замечательного горячего блюда с булгуром, куриной печенью и шампиньонами. Вкуснейшее и сытное блюдо станет отличным вариантом для обеда или ужина. На второй день тоже будет вкусно.

Описание приготовления:

С некоторых пор булгур занял свое достойное место на наших обеденных столах. Пшеница, обработанная особым способом, покорила многих и в том числе меня. Из булгура готовят массу вкусных, интересных блюд, одно из которых я предлагаю вам сегодня.

Булгур — 200 Грамм
Куриная печень — 500 Грамм
Шампиньоны — 150 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Подсолнечное масло — 40 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Булгур с куриной печенью и шампиньонами»

Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления булгура с куриной печенью и шампиньонами.

Репчатый лук и морковь очистите и помойте. Мелко нарежьте и выложите в кастрюлю с толстым дном. Налейте немного подсолнечного масла и пассеруйте 7-8 минут, периодически перемешивая.

Булгур помойте и выложите в кастрюлю с луком и морковью.

Добавьте очищенные и нарезанные шампиньоны. Налейте 300-350 мл. воды. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу. Варите булгур почти до готовности.

Куриную печень помойте, обрежьте жилки и жир. Разрежьте на две части. Выложите в горячую сковороду с небольшим количеством подсолнечного масла.

Обжаривайте печень на среднем огне перемешивая в течение 7-8 минут. Она должна "схватиться" снаружи, но внутри еще оставаться непрожаренной. После немного посолите.

За 10-15 минут до окончания приготовления блюда выложите в кастрюлю куриную печень. Перемешайте с булгуром и грибами.

Булгур с куриной печенью и шампиньонами готов.
