Приготовление блюда можно ускорить, если заранее замариновать треску в сметане. Останется только подготовить овощи и запечь рыбу. Такой рецепт обязательно приглянется занятым хозяйкам.

Треска — 750 Грамм
Кабачок — 400 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 2 Штуки
Морковь — 1/2 Штуки
Сметана — 150 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Специи для рыбы — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Треска с кабачками в духовке»
Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.
На крупной терке натрите морковь, лук нарежьте произвольно. В сковороде разогрейте растительное масло. Переложите овощи и обжарьте до готовности.
Треску разрежьте на крупные куски, удалите кости. Переложите в чашу, добавьте соль, специи для рыбы, 50 грамм сметаны. Перемешайте и оставьте на 30 минут минимум.
Очистите кабачок от кожуры. Нарежьте слайсами, толщиной не более 0,2-0,3 см.
Возьмите жаропрочную форму. Налейте в неё 50 грамм сметаны, выложите половину нарезанных кабачков, добавьте соль и специи по вкусу. Перемешайте. Разложите кабачки ровным слоем.
На слой кабачков разложите треску. Выделившийся сок вылейте сверху на рыбу.
На треску разложите обжаренные лук с морковью.
Оставшиеся нарезанные кабачки перемешайте с 50 грамм сметаны, посолите, добавьте специи по вкусу. Выложите их на слой лука с морковью. Форму затяните фольгой и поставьте в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 40 минут.
За 10 минут до готовности снимите фольгу с формы и оставьте блюдо до окончания времени в духовке. По истечении времени достаньте треску с кабачками и можете сразу же подавать к столу.
