"Цезарь" — популярный салат из американской кухни. Существует много разных интерпретаций рецепта, я предлагаю вам попробовать "Цезарь" с соевой спаржей. Особенно это блюдо оценят веганы и постящиеся.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить "Цезарь" с соевой спаржей. Я адаптировала классический рецепт салата так, чтобы он подошёл для всех, кто не употребляет продукты животного происхождения. Вы можете заменить нужные ингредиенты на более привычные. При жарке спаржи можно добавить приправу для курицы или пищевые (не путать с пекарскими!) дезактивированные дрожжи для легкого сырно-орехового вкуса.

Ингредиенты:
Салатный микс — 70 Грамм (Айсберг, Ромен)
Соевая спаржа — 80 Грамм
Сыр веганский — 30-50 Грамм
Помидоры черри — 100 Грамм
Хлеб белый — 50 Грамм
Постный майонез — 2,5-3 Ст. ложки
Сок лимонный — 1 Ст. ложка
Горчица — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Сухой гранулированный чеснок — 1/4 Чайных ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Количество порций: 1-2
Как приготовить «"Цезарь" с соевой спаржей»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Сухую соевую спаржу предварительно замочите в воде на 6-8 часов. После промойте ее и аккуратно отожмите, чтобы осталось как можно меньше жидкости.
Посолите и поперчите спаржу, перемешайте, чтобы специи равномерно распределились. Затем обжарьте на хорошо разогретой сковороде с небольшим количеством масла до хрустящей золотистой корочки с двух сторон.
Белый хлеб нарежьте небольшими кубиками и подсушите в духовке до золотистого цвета.
Для заправки смешайте постный майонез, лимонный сок и горчицу до однородной эмульсии. Добавьте соль, сухой гранулированный чеснок и чёрный молотый перец, ещё раз перемешайте.
Выложите на тарелку листья зелени. Если используете целые листья салата, то порвите их на крупные кусочки руками.
Соевую спаржу разрежьте на ломтики длинною 3-4 см. Выложите их поверх салатных листьев.
Помидоры черри разрежьте на 2-4 части. Веганский сыр натрите на крупной тёрке.
Переложите помидоры и сыр в тарелку. Добавьте сухарики из белого хлеба.
