Невероятно, но румяные и хрустящие чебуреки можно приготовить и с помидорами. Да-да! Блюдо получится сочным, однако тесто в нем отлично прожарится. По желанию в начинку вы можете добавить и лук.
Описание приготовления:
Чтобы чебуреки с помидорами имели хрустящее тесто и сочную начинку, добавляйте при приготовлении теста воду или соду — они его подсушат при жарке. Вкус водки при этом чувствоваться не будет. Выбирайте томаты не сочных сортов или удаляйте из них семена с мякотью.

Яйцо куриное — 1 Штука
Вода горячая — 100 Миллилитров
Мука пшеничная — 2,5 Стакана
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Помидоры — 2-3 Штук (не сочные)
Водка — 2 Ст. ложки
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Чебуреки с помидорами»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты.
Куриное яйцо вбейте в глубокую емкость, влейте воду, водку и всыпьте соль. Взбейте все.
Добавьте просеянную пшеничную муку, замешивая тесто. Не забудьте оставить немного муки для раскатки.
Накройте приготовленное тесто полотенцем и дайте ему отдохнуть 15 минут.
В это время промойте помидоры не сочных сортов в воде, обсушите и вырежьте из них зеленые сердцевинки. Нарежьте мелкими кубиками.
Разделите тесто на несколько частей и каждую из них раскатайте в овальный пласт. На одну часть пласта из теста выложите томатную нарезку и посолите ее. Смочите края пласта водой и заверните, создавая пирожок и не забывая выпустить воздух.
Вилкой сделайте на краях заготовки узоры, обмакивая ее в муку.
Прогрейте в сковороде растительное масло и обжарьте в нем чебуреки примерно по 1-2 минуты с каждой стороны до румяности.
Подайте их к столу горячими вместе со сметанным соусом или мясной закуской. Источник
