Описание приготовления:
Мясо индейки уникально по своим полезным свойствам, а чечевица не менее знаменита среди кулинаров. Соединить эти два продукта, значит получить вкусное, сытное и питательное блюдо на обед или ужин. Максимум белка, углеводов и микроэлементов. А ещё красную чечевицу не нужно замачивать, как большинство семейства бобовых.

Ингредиенты:
Чечевица красная — 200 Грамм
Индейка — 350 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Подсолнечное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Шампиньоны — 150 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Чечевица с индейкой и овощами»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления чечевицы с индейкой.
Лук и морковь очистите, ополосните. Лук нарежьте полукольцами, а морковь тонкими кружками. Выложите в сковороду с маслом и обжарьте до прозрачности лука.
Мясо индейки вымойте, нарежьте небольшими кусочками. Переложите в сковороду к луку и моркови.
Под крышкой, на небольшом огне тушите индейку с луком и морковью примерно 6-7 минут.
Чечевицу вымойте и выложите в сковороду к мясу и овощам.
Шампиньоны вымойте, если нужно очистите. Нарежьте произвольно, но не крупно. Добавьте в сковороду. Посолите, поперчите и добавьте 250 мл. воды. Накройте крышкой и тушите до полной готовности чечевицы и индейки.
Если есть необходимость, в ходе тушения можно добавить ещё воды. Блюдо готово.
