Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить черную икру из соевого соуса. Вакаме можно заменить на пару листов нори, либо пропустить этот шаг, если не хотите морского вкуса. Работать со смесью нужно быстро, она стремительно застывает. Заране подготовьте емкость с маслом и кулинарный шприц. Если вы сразу не успели использовать всю жидкость и она уже застыла, то ее можно повторно нагреть на небольшом огне. Икру можно использовать для закусок или простых бутербродов.

Соевый соус — 100 Миллилитров

Масло растительное — 1-2 Стаканов (ледяное)

Как приготовить «Черная икра из соевого соуса»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Растительное масло заранее уберите в морозилку на 1-2 часа.
Залейте водоросли вакаме горячей водой, добавьте приправу для рыбы, оставьте на 5 минут. Затем процедите получившуюся жидкость.
Перелейте соевый соус в кастрюлю, добавьте агар-агар, размешайте. Влейте воду от водорослей, поставьте на средний огонь. Доведите до кипения и проварите 1-2 минуты.
Перелейте жидкость в бутылочку или шприц.
Растительное масло налейте в большую миску. Начните капать приготовленную смесь в масло, пока оно не станет совсем жидким и теплым.
Откиньте икру на сито.
