Чевапчичи — блюдо народов Балканского полуострова. Это колбаски из молотого мяса с луком. Обычно чевапчичи жарят на сковороде, но я предлагаю их запечь в духовке с картофелем. Полезно и вкусно!
Описание приготовления:
Готовятся чевапчичи очень просто. Нужно сделать обычный мясной фарш. Самое сложное здесь сформировать колбаски. Есть немало способов. Можно это сделать с помощью пластиковой бутылки, обрезать её и пропустить фарш через горлышко. Точно также можно поступить с коробкой от сока. И, наконец, слепить их руками. Я предлагаю самый простой способ, при котором чевапчичи получаются аккуратными и одного размера.

Фарш говяжий — 300 Грамм
Фарш свиной — 300 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Вода газированная — 3 Ст. ложки
Подсолнечное масло — 20 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Картофель — 3-4 Штук
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Чевапчичи с картошкой в духовке»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления чевапчичей.
Свиной и говяжий фарш выложите в миску.
Измельчите лук и чеснок в мясорубке или блендере. Добавьте в мясной фарш.
Влейте сильно газированную воду и тщательно перемешайте фарш. После порциями отбейте об стол или дно миски. Эта процедура сделает фарш более однородным, вязким и пластичным. А еще можно просто взбить фарш блендером. Накройте фарш тарелкой или пищевой пленкой и поставьте в холод на несколько часов. А в идеале на 10-12 часов.
Сформируйте чевапчичи толщиной 2-2,5 сантиметра и длиной 12-14 сантиметров. Для этого я использовала одноразовый кулинарный мешок. Сделала ножницами отверстие указанного диаметра и наполнила мешок фаршем.
Вот такие получились колбаски.
Форму для запекания смажьте растительным маслом, выложите нарезанный пластинками картофель.
На картофель выложите чевапчичи. Налейте в форму 50-70 мл. воды и отправьте в духовку, разогретую до 185-190 градусов.
Запекайте чеваптичи в духовке 35-40 минут до готовности.
Чевапчичи с картофелем в духовке готовы. Подавайте к столу с овощами. Источник
