Кабачки	1 Килограмм
Молоко	1/4 Стакана
лук, чеснок, зелень	По вкусу
Помидоры	3 Штуки
Яйца куриные	2 Штуки
Грудка куриная	1 Штука
Морковь	1 Штука
Мука	50 Граммов
Сыр твердый	50 Граммов

Как приготовить:

Яйцо слегка взбить вилкой. Нашинковать кабачок кольцами средними, окунуть в яйцо, затем в муку, обжарить с обеих сторон, разложить на бумажном полотенце для удаления остатков масла. Протереть морковь на терке с крупными отверстиями, порубить как можно мельче чеснок, помидоры порезать кольцами, лук – полукольцами.
Смазать противень или большую сковороду маслом, уложить на кабачковую пиццу в два слоя кольца кабачков одно к другому, прикрыть их слоем из вареной и нарезанной тонко поперек грудки курицы. Уложить на мясо слой из лука с морковью, далее помидоры, закончить чесночным слоем.
Верх диетической пиццы из кабачка с куриным филе присыпать сыром, залить взбитым с молоком яйцом, присыпать зеленью, отправить кабачковую пиццу в духовку, держать до расплавления сыра.
