ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • 1.5 кг очищенных яблок
  • 1.5 кг слив без косточек
  • кусочек имбиря длиной 5 см
  • 2 кг сахара
  • сок и цедра 1 лимона

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Подготовленные фрукты сложите в большой сотейник или таз для варки варенья. Добавьте столько воды, чтобы было покрыто дно посуды.

Шаг 2

Имбирь очистите, нарежьте соломкой и добавьте в сотейник. Добавьте сахар.

Остудите джем, расфасуйте его по стерилизованным банкам, заполняя их доверху. Положите на поверхность джема кружок из вощеной бумаги и закройте банку крышкой.
