Приготовить голубцы под шубой в духовке можно не только для семейного ужина, но и к любому праздничному столу. Блюдо нежное, сочное и очень вкусное! Обязательно попробуйте! Обычную капусту можно заменить на пекинскую, а для шубки использовать помимо помидор и другие сезонные овощи по вкусу, простор для фантазии здесь большой. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Капуста — 1 Штука
Фарш — 300 Грамм
Рис — 50 Грамм
Лук — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Помидоры — 2 Штуки
Чеснок — 2-3 Зубчиков
Сыр — 100 Грамм
Сметана — 4 Ст. ложки
Томатная паста — 1.5 Ст. ложки
Растительное масло — 50 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу
Количество порций: 8-14
Как приготовить «Голубцы под шубой в духовке»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Лук с морковью обжарьте до мягкости.
Рис промойте и отварите в подсоленной воде до полуготовности.
Добавьте к фаршу овощную зажарку, рис, соль и специи по вкусу.
Подготовьте капусту для голубцов. Проще всего это сделать, поместив кочан сначала на 5–10 минут в микроволновку (мощность около 900W), а потом под струю холодной воды. Листочки отделятся легко и без повреждений. А чтобы листики стали еще мягче, я их отвариваю в подсоленной воде потом еще пару минут.
Для соуса соедините сметану, томатную пасту и измельченный чеснок. Соль добавьте по вкусу.
Сформируйте голубцы.
Готовые голубцы обжарьте на сильном огне с двух сторон.
Затем переложите в один ряд в форму для запекания, полейте соусом, накройте фольгой и запекайте в духовке при температуре 180-200 градусов около 30-40 минут.
Затем голубцы достаньте и снимите фольгу.
Выложиите на голубцы нарезанные кубиками помидоры и посыпьте все тертым сыром. Отправьте форму в духовку еще на 15-20 минут.
