Помидоры	4 Штуки
Баклажаны	2 Штуки
Сыр моцарелла	125 Граммов
Соус томатный для пасты	300 Граммов
Сыр пармезан тертый	40 Граммов
Масло оливковое	3 Столовые ложки
Базилик	По вкусу
Соль	По вкусу
Перец	По вкусу

Как приготовить:

Помидоры и баклажаны нарежьте кружочками. Моцареллу натрите.

Классический рецепт бефстроганова из говядины со сметаной

Разогрейте духовку до 200 градусов.

Обжарьте кружочки баклажанов порциями на оливковом масле в большой сковороде, 10 минут, перевернув один раз. Выложите на бумажное полотенце.

Поместите треть обжаренных баклажанов в форму для запекания, выложите сверху третью часть нарезанных помидоров, моцареллы и соуса. Повторите слои еще 2 раза. Накройте фольгой и запекайте в духовке 20 минут.

Снимите фольгу, посыпьте гратен пармезаном и запекайте еще 5 минут. Готовый гратен выньте из духовки, посыпьте рубленым базиликом и подавайте на стол.

Совет: Лучшее сопровождение запеканки из баклажанов – чиабатта или деревенский хлеб. Это идеальный вариант для легкого ужина.
