Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить яблочно-банановый смузи с зеленым чаем. Банан выбирайте спелый, так смузи получится слаще и ароматнее. Яблоко можно взять зелёное кислое, а можно кисло-сладких сортов. Вместо сиропа топинамбура можно добавить для сладости пару фиников. Рекомендую попробовать!
