ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • 2 зеленые редьки
  • 100 мл растительного масла
  • 1 зубчик чеснока
  • 1 красный острый перец
  • свежемолотый черный перец
  • соль

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Нарежьте редьку тонкими половинками кружков. Залейте прохладной кипяченой водой и оставьте на 15 мин. Слейте воду, редьку посолите и оставьте еще на 5 мин. Ополосните и обсушите бумажными полотенцами.

Шаг 2

В глубокой сковороде разогрейте растительное масло с зубчиком чеснока. Удалите чеснок и жарьте редьку небольшими партиями до золотистого цвета. Готовые ломтики выкладывайте на тарелку, застеленную бумажными полотенцами для удаления излишков масла.
