Грузди — 500 Грамм (можно заменить на другие)
Картофель — 1 Килограмм
Лук — 1-2 Штук
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Жареные грузди с картошкой»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Грибы замочите в холодной воде с 1 ст.л. соли на 30 минут или более, чтобы вся живность, если она есть, вылезла из грибочков. Затем хорошо их промойте и нарежьте кусочками.
Затем залейте грибы холодной водой и поставьте вариться. После закипания снимите пену и варите 10 минут, чтобы убрать горечь. Затем воду слейте, залейте грузди новой холодной водой и варите еще 10 минут. Откиньте грибы на дуршлаг, чтобы убрать всю воду.
Когда вода вся стечет, обжарьте грузди в сковороде до легкой золотистой корочки около 10 минут.
Добавьте нарезанный брусочками картофель и лук, нарезанный кубиками. Обжарьте все вместе до полной готовности. Соль добавляйте в конце, когда картофель будет почти готов.
