Сытное, вкусное и простое в приготовлении блюдо, которое подойдет для всех сторонников правильного питания. Делюсь рецептом полезных и вкусных запеченных кабачков с куриным фаршем.
Описание приготовления:
Приготовить кабачки с фаршем ПП несложно, а весь процесс не отнимет много времени. По желанию в фарш можно добавить лук, чеснок, грибы или любые сезонные овощи. Блюдо вполне бюджетное, а результат очень достойный. Берите рецепт на заметку!
Назначение:

Кабачок помойте, разрежьте пополам и аккуратно извлеките мякоть ложечкой, чтобы получились своеобразные лодочки.
Переложите мякоть в чашу блендера (понадобится примерно половина).
Добавьте нарезанное кусочками куриное филе.
Измельчите филе с кабачком до состояния фарша и переложите в глубокую миску. Добавьте яйцо, соль и специи.
Все перемешайте и наполните фаршем подготовленные кабачки-лодочки.
Смажьте кабачки с фаршем сметаной или натуральным йогуртом. Сверху выложите нарезанные кружочками помидоры и запекайте при температуре 180-200 градусов около 30-40 минут. По желанию верх можно посыпать сыром с низким процентом жирности.
Кабачки с фаршем ПП готовы. По желанию можно сбрызнуть кабачки оливковым маслом и украсить зеленью. Приятного аппетита! Источник
