Селёдка под шубой с двумя видами рыбы

Любите селедку под шубой, но обычный вариант надоел? Тогда обратите внимание на этот рецепт! Блюдо отлично подойдет для праздничного стола.

Описание приготовления:

За счет копченой скумбрии салат приобретает совершенно другой вкус и получается намного сытнее обычного. Время варки картофеля и моркови примерно 20-30 минут, в зависимости от их размера. А вот свеклу лучше запечь в духовке, завернув в фольгу, при температуре 200 градусов примерно в течение 30-50 минут. Готовность можно проверить при помощи шпажки. Если она хорошо прокалывается, через фольгу, то значит готова. Репчатый лук можно замариновать в лимонном соке, если не любите резкий вкус и запах.

Картофель натрите на крупной терке и выложите ровным слоем в сервировочное блюдо или салатник. Смажьте верх слоем майонеза.

Репчатый лук очистите и мелко порежьте. Филе сельди мелко порежьте и смешайте с луком, выложите поверх картофельного слоя. Смажьте сельдь с луком майонезом.

Морковь натрите на средней или крупной терке и выложите поверх рыбы, разровняйте и смажьте майонезом.

Скумбрию порежьте на кусочки, тщательно убирая кости и выложите на морковный слой, равномерно распределив.

Отварную свеклу натрите на средней или крупной терке и полностью покройте салат ровным слоем. Смажьте свекольный слой майонезом.

Яйца натрите на средней терке и украсьте верх салата по вашему вкусу. Уберите в холодильник и дайте постоять в течение 30-45 минут.
