Сегодня мы приготовим аппетитные и вкусные кабачки с сулугуни в духовке. Такой вариант можно подавать к столу как закуску или как дополнение к основному блюду, например, мясу либо птице.
Описание приготовления:
Для рецепта используем молодые кабачки, которые имеют тонкую кожуру, без крупных семечек. Нежный сливочный вкус сыра сулугуни прекрасно дополнит кабачки, немного помидора сделает закуску сочной. Подавать к столу кабачки можно с ароматной зеленью и любимым соусом.

Кабачок вымойте и просушите, после нарежьте кабачок небольшими по размеру кружочками.
Помидоры сполосните и просушите, нарежьте круглыми пластинами.
В сковороде прогрейте растительное масло, выложите кабачки и поджарьте буквально по 1 минуте с каждой стороны.
Выложите кабачки на противень, поверх разложите помидоры. Посыпьте кабачки солью и перцем по вкусу.
Сыр сулугуни нарежьте тонкими пластинами, выложите поверх помидоров. Запекайте кабачки в духовке при температуре 180 градусов 15-20 минут. Спустя время аппетитную закуску можно подавать к столу.
