Капуста маринованная лимоном

Предлагаю рецепт вкусной и хрустящей маринованный капусты без уксуса. Она маринуется в лимонном соке. На вкус капуста получается мягче и приятнее.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить капусту маринованную лимоном. Для аромата в маринад можно добавить лавровый лист, чёрный и душистый перец горошком. Подавать ее можно заправив ароматным растительным маслом или добавлять в овощные салаты.

Капуста — 800-900 Грамм
Морковь — 100-150 Грамм
Соль — 20 Грамм
Сахар — 25 Грамм

Капусту тонко нашинкуйте.

Морковь натрите на терке.

Из лимона выжмите сок.

Соедините капусту с морковью, перемешайте и слегка обомните руками. Добавьте лимонный сок в миску. Ещё раз перемешайте.

Переложите капусту в чистую стерилизованную банку.

В горячей воде растворите соль и сахар.

Влейте маринад в банку, закройте крышкой. Оставьте на 30-35 часов мариноваться в холодильнике.
